– a Local Enterprise Partnership and Cornwall Council sponsored exhibition promoting some of the most significant projects likely to bring social, economic and other benefits to Cornwall in the near future.

he Expo, the first of its kind staged in Cornwall, was hosted by Cornwall Council leader John Pollard and Chris Pomfret, chairman of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership.
“Over the past 12 months there have been a number of announcements about individual road, rail, air and maritime schemes – representing millions of pounds of investment in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly’s transport infrastructure,” Mr Pollard said. “The Expo was about bringing all these projects together to show what’s being done to improve transport and connectivity, build economic growth, support tourism and develop education and skills.”
